We booked the Villa Pool and it was very comfortable for our week stay. Bed super comfy - 9/10. Breakfast was all-out excellent! Staff were amazing -particular shout out to Yob who was informative and patient in driving us up to the Villa almost every day. We loved our stay!

Views are amazing! The location is the best, close to everything and all the action. The staff is great and very welcoming. Clean room. Welcome gift. As long as you are in the second building and beyond, no noise from the street. The pools are wonderful and amazing views there as well. On site restaurants are really good with the breakfast totally worth it.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always ready to help. The location was perfect walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The amenities and overall hospitality were top tier. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Don’t sleep on this place!

I should have known this was not going to be the luxury experience advertised when the hotel told me I should book my own taxi after I took them up on their offer to do that for me. But when I arrived, first thing I noticed was that the lobby is entirely different from the one that’s advertised. I think the one advertised is the pool bar but I’m not sure since I changed hotels the same night I was checking in. I decided not to stay because the room I was paying $500/night for had mold on the lampshades, hair in the shower, and stains on every single piece of furniture. When I complained they offered me a different room but the other room had the same issues. I changed hotels that night and when I asked for a refund they offered me a 50% refund and trying to hide behind their booking policies for not offering me a complete refund. Thankfully I didn’t accept this bogus offer and took the matter up with my credit card and they refunded me the full amount. For anyone looking for a better experience I’d recommend Hotel Adam. That’s where I ended up and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was so kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and I’m pretty sure that every room has its own pool - and it’s almost half the price! It’s slightly further away but only a 5 minute walk to where you would be with this hotel. To this hotels credit, the people working there were kind and understanding. I think the issues here are more a remote management issues than the actual staff.

We stayed in a one pool villa, room was clean, plenty of space, high up in the hillside. The view was a bit limited due to the height of the tress but the location gave great privacy and it felt like you were in your own private area.

The ovation is great and hotel is lovely. Great service, especially staff member Pine who was so kind and helpful. Great breakfast buffet, and the pools were beautiful and well maintained.

Good hotel. Great location. Lot of walking to get to rooms, but manageable. Food/breakfast options limited, especially if you are vegetarian. The room with whatever food options they had, smelled so much, you didn't feel like having anything.

The room we stayed in was nice size right above front street next to McDonald's and 7-eleven shops. It is noisy especially after 10 pm. There lots of bars and restaurants and massage places before you walk to the beach. Lots of trash and rude tourists along the way. Be extra careful when you cross the street even if you cross on the crosswalk. Most locals and tourists do not honor the crosswalk. Lots of tourists rent the motorcycle but don't really know how to drive it properly and follow any motorcycle rules. We saw a guy got hit on his motorcycle in front of the hotel because he either cut in front of the SUV or SUV wasn't pay attention and didn't see him. The hotel has helpful staffs. The breakfast room is like walking into a compound maze to get to. It was a hike when you are three building away. You will give up once the receptionist tell you when you check in how to get to the breakfast room. We were like by the time we make it there it will be time for lunch. So bad in design even our room it was like they decided to extend the bathroom in front on each side of the door. Toilet on one side and shower on other side and leave three feet gap of the door so when you poop your partner can smell the it as well. SMH There also a slight drop from the main room area to the bathroom and your door. It was fun at night when you are half asleep not to fall from the drop and injured yourself. Leave a light by the mirror on. We would not stay there again nor we will revisit Krabi.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location, superb breakfast, beautiful rooms the only downside is that all the rooms need dehumidifiers... the humidity is so high in that area literally everything is wet. We had to do laundry at the end of our stay in the hotel...

Simply too expensive! The hotel is fair and nothing is wrong as such - but the pricing is 3-4 times higher than what it’s worth. Travelled to Thailand 7 or 8 times and this is the worst price/value hotel I have ever stayed at… Not worth it. Don’t choose this hotel. Find something better.

The staff at this hotel are fabulous. They will go out of their way to make your stay better. The morning breakfast is very good. Lots of hot and cold items. And the infinity pool is amazing the views are spectacular. A great place to stay
