"Except for the hashbrowns the breakfast was great. The breakfast host was pleasant and helpful. Dining area had outside seating. The outside area for dogs was spacious with shade providing trees. The elevator was was not operating during our visit. In the future I will check out this detail before booking. We are in our 70's, had our dog with us and stayed for 3 nights. The pool area was also closed the first 2 days. When it did open the entire area was super clean, hot tub was hot and the pool...

"Be careful in the hot tub. The breaker popped and heard zapping noises like if the wires were getting to hot and then we saw smoke. Luckily nothing else happened. I tried calling the office but no one answered the phone. Went to the office and the office was closed. Ended up getting a discouafter talking with someone in the office the next day."

"There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. "

I booked a suite, they tried to tell me I didn’t, even though my reservation said suite and that’s what I was charged for.
