"Really sweet, niche location. Hidden in its own little area so no unwanted traffic coming through. Very close to anything a tourist would want to do in Dubuque! Room was decent, nothing too crazy, amenities were nice! Lots of pamphlets showing the local events and happenings. Would stay again!"

"While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

"Everything about our stay was incredible - cannot say enough great things about this accommodation and the hosts! We were greeted by friendly staff, met with great amenities for the price, and felt safe and taken care of during our stay. The view is spectacular, and the room was perfect for our one-night stay. Clean property, thoughtful additions (like wine glasses with a bottle opener, magazines, soaps, etc) and a light continental breakfast. I'd highly recommend this location for business...

"the review at Best Western did good, clean and personal. Clean room did good job but missed one thing was when I drop dirty towels by door. maid did not bring clean the towels after dropping them off by door. Breakfast was good but need to add some breakfast."

"I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay."

"Rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing. We were there with a big group for baseball and they accommodated us nicely. There was a nice open space to hangout in after teh games. our Pool was closed so that was a bummer."

"Property needs to be renovated and the outside needs some proper landscaping. Front desk was not there. Had to wait 5 minutes after dialing the number and ringing. Room clean and beds comfortable."
