Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Never heard of hotels.com

The adress was wrong, so we couldn't find it. Then we called the number which was wrong. We found the right number on Google, called them and they didn't have our reservation, so there was no room. They didn't speak English, so we had to speak Ukranian. They never heard about the hotels.com platform, they only take reservations through phone. Overall disaster!
