"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing.
On the first day, my room was not cleaned at all. The second day, I went out and came back, and it still hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked housekeeping, I was told that my room was scheduled to be cleaned around 4:00 PM. After asking several more times, someone finally came, but it shouldn’t have taken repeated requests.

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around.

"I rented the loft penthouse and it was nice. No kitchen chairs for the table, just 2 barstools for the counter. So we ended up using the kitchen table as a catch all for out stuff when returning from the day. The kitchen has some silverware and dishes, but no actual kitchen knives to cut pineapples, etc. We were able to use the steak knife and tough cut the pineapple. "Although it was just for one night, the hotel is amazing and the staff is so very helpful.
The pictures on Expedia is incorrect. I requested a 2 queen bedroom. One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect."
