"I had a wonderful stay here, and the customer service truly stood out the most. From the moment I arrived, Charles and Dhali were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went completely out of their way to provide helpful information about San Francisco, sharing the best local spots, navigation tips, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I feel like a hotel is only as good as the people who work in it, as they are the ones who make the atmosphere. It is rare to find a team with this level of attention and care for their customers. The rooms were kept perfectly clean, and the little details made a huge difference. I would highly recommend booking a stay here."
