Great location and clean, comfortable room
The hotel had excellent access from the station, making it very convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.
Clean, comfortable friends, friendly staff. Jose came to help me with the nespresso and we decided together that as a hotel serving international guests would be much improved with a visual diagram :)

Service was wonderful, the Italian restaurant attached the hotel has a great happy hour and delicious food, highly recommend. Loved the area and proximity to the Financial District and Union Square shopping. I felt safe during my stay as a solo female traveller. Only downfall is the rooms weren't quite as nice as they looked online. The furniture could use with updating, coffee cream in the fridge would have been lovely and perhaps more rugs to cover the cement floors. Otherwise, will likely return as the pros offset any areas of improvement for me and the price was reasonable for SF. Thank you for a great visit!
The room was clean and spacious. I really liked that they had a place you could fill up your water bottle. The hotel bar was amazing and feels like a hidden little spot.
Staff was great and I like that they lock the front doors in the evening, requiring a registered guest to enter

The room was clean and the staff were courteous. The location was great. There were very small things they could do to greatly improve the aesthetic of the hotel. Nightstands instead of end tables; toilet paper stands for the extra roll of paper instead of just sitting it on the back of the toilet. These things could go a long way toward zshushing the place up. It's an old building and it's reasonable to expect things to be less than stellar, but there are easy ways to improve that would be well worth it.
