"The staff is very helpful, always ready to answer any question about the hotel or about the city of Chicago. The hotel is very clean , the breakfast is very good with many choices and the staff in the restaurant is excellent.
My wife and I stayed in that place for eight days and seven nights and we are very happy to be there.

"The hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Chicago, just a block away from Lake Michigan. If you go up the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower), you can get an even better view of the Chicago downtown skyline. The only downside was the valet parking; after waiting for 30 minutes and no valet staff showing up, I ended up using a nearby outdoor pay-parking lot instead. I think I paid around 20 dollars."
