"Overall a wonderful location and very atmospheric feel to the place c and the building and gardens are lovely and very Turkish and charming. However some easy and obvious improvements would be better lighting inside to make it less gloomy and a feel a little less unwelcoming. Staff were very nice at reception but in the breakfast room they were quite unwelcoming and cool. Breakfast was ok at best - the scrambled eggs were cold and tasted like they were maybe powdered eggs. Thankfully there was...

"Serene residence was large and very modern, staff were very friendly 😃"

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to blue mosque, grand bazaar etc. making it easy to get around without taking the tram, although the T1 tram is literally less than 2 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat, so may choices. From the airport, we got the express bus and the T1 tram. 5 stops. The staff were friendly. welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and roomy. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and would happy stay...

"We were more than happy with the hotel. The staff went way and beyond to help. The breakfast was great and we were so pleased with how clean the whole hotel was kept. We will definitely return back and choose this hotel again. Also will recommend it to family and friends.Thank you to Ediz and Seyde for all their kindness."

"フロントのスタッフが横柄で感じが悪い。聞くまでまともに施設の設備(ジム・プール等)の説明なし。 滞在を楽しみにしていましたが、残念な気持ちで過ごしました。"

Especially the concierge team who gave us the best experience with their information on where to go and how to get there and just their professional, friendly service. Special thanks to concierge team. Breakfast was a wonderful experience with a great variety and choice of food to suit all tastes. We will revisit this hotel again in the near future and will recommend to everyone thinking of visiting Istanbul. My only concern with this hotel is the...

"Mustafa was incredibly helpful since before we even checked in and helped us with transportation to hotel and throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable. My 70 year old mother and I walked absolutely everywhere except for the tours where we were picked up and dropped off right at hotel. Lots of amazing restaurants and markets nearby. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay."
