"The place was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The shower was great. The deck was fantastic. "

"Place was just OK, bare bones and smelled of Moth Balls and old spices. Needs new chairs in the kitchen, rickety and close to falling apart if used. Beds were fine. We swept the floor and organized our garbage and recycling upon checking out and were dinged for damage (?) Owner, Vince, accused us of cracking an old outdoor flower pot during our 2 nite stay. Sent me a bill for $189 for a new pot. Ridiculous. It clearly was outside with plants in it over winter and cracked from freezing over...

"Stay away from this property. The house is only well painted. House is infested with spiders and bugs, the dirtiness is visible since the moment you walk in with the horrendous smell of the carpets. Bed sheets and comforter were full of dog hair. We check in and there was not AC they only provide tiny fans that work with water and made the rooms extremely humid. Don't Believe in the description the are is very bad and scary. No toilet paper, towels were dirty and the worst is the management....

"One of the toilets did not work!!! The fridge water and ice maker not at all functioning, iced over, and fridge door seal flapping around when used. Also there was another bathroom that was not cleaned well. Hair from previous guest on floor. This made me question the cleanliness of everything throughout of that bathroom and the whole house. Was anything cleaned??? We arrived Friday evening. I called about toilet Saturday morning and other things and zero answer either by email nor phone....
