"Within 20 minutes of checking in, I discovered deplorable and unsafe conditions: the room smelled strongly of mold and mildew coming from the air conditioner, the bathroom was visibly unclean, and a cockroach ran out from under the mini fridge. I immediately returned to the front desk and informed them I was checking out due to unacceptable conditions, and they refused and they directed me to Expedia. Attached is a photo of the room across from ours."

"The hotel is located in the former Federal Reserve Bank building. The combination of old and new works very well. The breakfast/dinner area is located in the former lobby with beautiful ceiling details and mural. You can even see the former vault. Excellent adaptive reside of. A former grand building. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were very good and a welcomed alternative than searching for local restaurants. We stayed two nights and the room was somehow missed on their cleaning...

"We loved our stay here! Everything was super modern, sleek, and clean. Very spacey and well worth the price. There were even cups, plates, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc. Our only criticisms are this - Parking situation was not very clearly explained so we didn’t know how the validation process worked. There were no extra costs because of this but we wish there was maybe more clarification or written instructions when doing parking through the hotel. Etage is so nice that we were...
