"The room was indeed beautifully clean..
The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful.
I had no idea how to work the coffee machine in my room, but that was ok.. because I went to the larder and made tea.
A bigger cup might be nice!
I'm sure if I had asked the staff, they'd have demonstrated the coffee machine..... but I was content not to bother with it!! "

"What a unique stay! This was my first time staying in a Citizen M hotel and it was cool. The rooms were unique and cozy (perfect for sleeping off jet lag) - though really compact (which was perfect for us). the staff was wonderful. "
