"Didn't see the bar, great valet service bags were in the rooms by the time we checked in, staff were friendly and welcoming and rooms were lovely. Well priced for a booking we made the night before and the option to buy everything in the room + the minibar and complimentary espressos. Great hotel"

"Good AC in small room. Bath has large, high tub for showering (a little dangerous for stepping in & out. Not much room for makeup or toiletries. Loved that frig was stocked with free drinks and can requested more. Also, free snacks, such as popcorn & cookies which were greatly appreciated. Water bottles also supplied. Staff very nice & accommodative. Quiet hotel. Great location, especially for subway stop."

"Clean, great location to food and shopping. The staff were very nice and we enjoyed the free WiFi. Restaurant on premises made an excellent breakfast (not complimentary) but service was slow. The air conditioning in our room did not function on two hot days. The street below was a little noisy when trying to sleep with all windows open. Will not book again."

"The location was on a quiet street, close to Victoria station. The owner, Nick, his wife and daughter, Emily were very accommodating and friendly. They allowed my husband to keep his small mobile scooter in the lobby. There is an elevator, as well. The air conditioner worked well during the heat wave this summer. A huge shout out to their staff, Abdar and Leo! Very helpful with all of our needs.
And, the breakfast.....to die for! The best meal we had while in London.
