"As usual everything was perfect. Great breakfast buffet, clean room even though we were put in a disabled room. I did query this and the manager was very apologetic and did not know how this had happened. We have stayed at Peter Scott many times and can't fault the staff enough. Also stayed in The Edgebaston Park Hotel across the road . "

"Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay."

"I’m so impressed with this hotel! Clean, fresh, and modern with gorgeous prints of the Emerald Isle throughout. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. It looks like a happy team of people which is really nice to see. My room was cosy and met all of my needs. Great shower with water that came quickly up to temperature, a neat little heater to warm the room (very welcome as it was 2 degrees outside!) the location is secure, and the amenities were great. "Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day "

"Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, in a nice area. Will definitely visit again one day, if prices are right. Thank you"

"Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and helped us get into the car park in the heavy snow when our car couldn’t make it!! Absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel, the room was clean, lovely and spacious, in a great location easy to find and get to. Breakfast was really great and overall the stay was such a reasonable price, all of the staff were friendly and so helpful. Would absolutely recommend, thanks again :)"
