"We were welcomed warmly and I was called just before we arrived to check we were still coming. The room was perfectly fine for our stay. Enough space and the toilet/shower in good condition. No tea making facilities but otherwise all good. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room(nowhere near beds), didnt bother us but was noted."

"Hotel was spotless, we had a family room which had plenty of room and amenities. Staff were amazing and so friendly, breakfast was plentiful and had many options. We parked at the b4 car park which was a close walk and received a discount on check out."

"Clean everywhere and such a divine scent as soon as you get through the revolving doors. Welcoming and friendly staff. Was upgraded to a king from twin beds which was good. Great selection of options for breakfast. Early supper of gammon steak and fries and tomato, avocado and mozzarella salad with chili and ginger chicken skewers was lovely. Passion fruit posset was gorgeous. Made for a a lovely pre- theatre treat. Nice cocktails too made for a lovely, relaxing and memorable stay. "

"The accommodation is of a good standard and everything was clean, efficient and well maintained the staff were very helpful and friendly. Security was good and the on-site parking, monitored by an external company, was available whenever we needed it. We are very pleased to have made the booking and would do so again when we next say in Shirley."
