"Very modern and clean, close to the University campus, and across the road from Winterbourne House and Gardens. Breakfast was standard, and the on-site car park is a bit small (although there is overflow in the multi-story 100m away). The safe in my room didn't work, though. Overall, a pleasant trip."

"Rude receptionist who barely acknowledged us on arrival, completely disinterested. The room was basic but clean and fine for our short stay of 1 night. The general noise levels are awful, no soundproofing in the walls and constant banging from an internal door along the corridor. There is no temperature control in the room and it was particularly hot weather which made our stay very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Would not recommend to anyone and we are very easy going people"

"Room was spacious but basic & could do with a good dust. Kitchen was very basic and i would not have wanted to do more than make a cup of tea in it. "

"It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe. Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. "Great breakfast and very clean room I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and was thoroughly impressed by the room cleanliness, the bedroom and bathroom were fresh and everything felt well maintained Breakfast was a great variety of hot and cold options, everything was fresh and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"
