Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. "Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!"
