"Most everything about my stay here was great. Hot breakfast in the morning, security at night are always a nice touch. The only two disappointments I had were the inconsistently functioning elevator while staying on the second floor, and at checkout when I requested a checkout receipt the front desk stated that it couldn’t possibly be done because I had booked through a third party (Expedia). I spend over 150 nights/year in hotels on average. This is a request I make wherever I stay and this was the first time I’ve been told it couldn’t be done. Everything else about my stay was wonderful. "

"The room smelled like someone was smoking in same room in the middle of the night one night. Staff gave me a key to my room without checking identification. There was some grime and mold in the shower. Also the water spreads everywhere when you shower and it’s extremely slippery. "

"The staff in general seemed unwelcoming and generally unhelpful- made my evening a bit worse trying to use ekectronic ID and electric charging, the former was frustrating and the latter just didn’t work when I was expecting to change my car there when it was advertised to be available (but was not )"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to switching rooms, asking about our day, consistently saying good morning, etc. The breakfast was amazing with new varieties everyday and consistently fresh. Amazing service "
