The hotel and breakfast was awesome!!! My only problem was the girl who checked us in. She was unprofessional, had awful customer service but I will say the girl in the morning was complete opposite, extremely friendly and had amazing customer service.

The gentleman who checked me in at the front counter, was professional and welcoming. Our room was nice and roomy, however, the handle on the restroom door was broken on the inside, and there were spiderwebs on the side of the window frame. There was also a spider in our bathtub. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout of the room was great.

The front desk Team were really Awesome! A shout out to Amy & Kelsey!! Prior to my reservation and during my stay, both were extremely helpful, patient, accommodating and personable I had problems with internet reception getting Lyft and adding a stop, Amy helped so I could get to my friend's wedding:) Thank you Amy!. I would recommend this place.

Conveniently off a major road, but not noisy. Decent breakfast and good customer service. Close to downtown Brentwood but not necessarily walking distance. Safe area. I’d stay here again
