The king bed was horrible! It was wavy and lumpy it was a miracle I got 3-4 hours sleep. Outside the room smelled like sewage in their mechanical room across from our room.

Room very clean, but outside ran down and a lot of traffic a night Walking around. Low income area and drugs . Cheap and clean but carried gun on me .

The main lobby was very nice looking, but upon entering the room, I spotted roaches. The fridge in the room was dirty and wasn't cleaned at all. The bathroom sink had dirt around it, one bed was bowing in the middle. I had to go down to the lobby and let them know about the roaches, and they stated that they just had pest control spray that day. So they came up and "sprayed" some in the room. They said they was going to come in the next day and fully detail clean the room and do a very thorough spray of pest killer (never had). My son and I had to buy our own Raid spray and had to spray every night and every morning. The last night of our stay I had found a bedbug in the bed.

My reservation confirmation was not honored. The motel owner stated there was a glitch in the system and the daily rate was much higher because of the race weekend. The owner said they would have so many people coming in and making reservations for the motel over the weekend, and they would have to charge me much higher. They said they could charge over $200.00 each night and I told them I could not pay that. They asked if I could pay $125.00 each night for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I told them no, that I would pay them $100.00 each night because I didn't have any other choice, there were no more accommodations available in the area due to motels and hotels being sold out. Other people staying at the motel were paying $55.00 a night, so I don't know why they were not honoring my reservation confirmation. There were not lots of people checking in or checking out except people that were paying a daily rate .

Never stay here. The property is run down. There are crackheads and homeless people laying around on the side walks and walk ways. The rooms smell bad, the beds are lumpy & lopsided. The shower was dirty, had a curtain that looked like it had mildew all along the bottom. We saw a roach. The lighting is poor. We didn’t even have a television in our room. It was weekend for July 4th there were no vacancies any where else so we had to stay.

The room was not like the pictures at all! Needs a lot of updating! Both inside and outside! I tried to get in touch with the front desk didn’t get ahold of them at all! Our toilet leaked on the floor. Thankfully the only plus was no bugs! But then again once it got dark out it was crack head central! Got that at 3:30pm wasn’t able to even get into our room till 4 do to them not being ready! I was so disappointed. The hair dryer was busted! But that’s okay because non of the outlets worked around the mirror anyways

There's a Walmart near by its walking distance but it's through traffic. Room was clean when I arrived. It is pet friendly. They don't really have that much staff but they do get the job done

Bed bugs, refused to give refund or to cancel multiday reservation. Had to book another hotel and pay double. Expedia was no help either.

Sheets had stains and holes on both beds. Room smelled bad. Fridge wasn't working. I got moved to a different room... all the same issues previously listed.

The room some clean the motel needs i huge upgrade..We were at the bristol race and stopped by the desk and the lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional she help held up her finger and me just a minute and never help me i waited 30 mints she was on the phone and on the computer doing i dont but not taking care of her customers in the customer's satisfaction world customers always come first you would hope she continued to do what she wanted to do finally I walked out of the room and went back to my room not getting the help or my question answered at all I did let the manager know this morning he was not aware that she did not even acknowledge that was there but I was hoping maybe that the manager would compensate us our money back for what she did this is very unprofessional customer service faction I will not be back there to that location again be cautious if you do go there rooms are not as clean as you would expect to be as old as it is

They had no towels or wash cloths. We couldn't even take a shower or had anything to wipe or mouth with after brushing our teeth. No soap either, we've stayed here before and we at least had towels and was cloths.
