Hi Ambica - Thanks for taking the time to write the review. Firstly allow me to apologize for the myriad of problems you encountered, Housekeeping service should be daily and thorough. I will be meeting with the entire team on Monday (tomorrow) with the aim of reminding them of their responsibilities and mitigating a recurrence of anything like this. This is completely unacceptable. I have forwarded your review to all departments. The gym is indeed in need of replacement of some of the equipment which have stopped working or have been stolen. Some have been ordered but not yet in our possession. No consolation to you , I know, but we will be having the gym fully functional in short order. Thanks for your observations.
