During the COVID-19 outbreak the government closed all airports and requested all villas close operation. We are sorry we could not accommodate your reservation due to regulations and would like to offer you a free 4 night stay as soon as the global pandemic has subside.

Thank you for the review. This guest booked under extraordinary circumstances. Her previous reservation was cancelled at last minute and Expedia called us with a serious emergence. We were able to react quickly and save her vacation. This property does NOT have a pool. It is priced with this fact in mind. The property has 2 air condition units and fans capable of cooling the living space adequately. Most of the guest just open the apartment up and enjoy. Thanks for scoring us a 5/5

Thanks for the review. Smiles..showing up for check in 4 hours early can be a problem for most operators but we have many units and all of the same caliber. It was a breeze giving Ms Mureen an equally as nice apartment which she scored with very high marks.

We are absolutely flattered. We have very nice apartments, not sure about Royale being the best apartment in Kingston but we are warm, friendly and guest orientated. May just be the best place to stay in Kingston.

Mindy, thank you for the review. There aren't too many buildings in Kingston with an electronic remote operated gate, CCTV, a guard on duty and a code lock on the lobby door. This is among one of the safest apartment in Kingston. Thank you for highlighting these features and amenities. We are very thankful for this review.

Dash, thank you for the review. This is a very truthful review by Dash. She arrived on a day when "JAMAICA" the entire country lost internet for 9 hours and this was second time in all the years we have been in business. I do not think it was fair of Dash to omit the fact that "JAMAICA" had no internet (complete blackout). When both Jennifer and I arrived it was just to comfort Dash and to show her both our mobile phones that had no internet because the nation went dark (no data). Most of all it was just good old fashion customer care to show the you care about the guest and there comfort. What we saw shocked both Jennifer and I. There was a 25 feet water geyser, National Water Commission workers with generators and flood lights attending to a broken main about 150 meters from the gate. I immediately ask Dash to turn on the faucet and what was no internet, became no internet and no water. This left Jennifer and I feeling completely powerless. We offered to relocate Dash and her party to a different apartment where they could shower etc and they declined because it was late. In the morning water was restored and internet were restored. It is true the guest lost connectivity for 12 hours 7pm to 7am. The guest went on to have a uneventful stay at Casa Royale and left a nice tip for the cleaner. In hindsight "WE DROPPED THE BALL" we should have offered some for of compensation for those 12 hours. This is my fault and I am taking responsibility. I am the senior manager and I would like Dash to reach out to me personally for compensation. We are better than this, we operate some of the best apartments in Kingston and we will demonstrate our commitment to excellent service over time.
