"I selected this property bc they indicated pets were welcome. I needed two rooms. One for my small dog and I and one for my daughter's family. I didn't have issue with the additional pet fee as I have traveled and paid in the past at other hotels. What was disturbing was the furniture in the pet room. It belonged in the dumpster it was so old and worn I was speechless. And I can assure you this was not pet damage, this was old worn out pealing leather down to the fabric. Insulated to think that just bc you have a pet they would put you in a sub standard room. Oh, my daughter's room was beautiful..."

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever been given. The bathtub had what appeared to be human waste and hair in it, the toilet seat had urine on it, bugs were inside the light fixture, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. We also paid for a Premium Room upgrade that advertised upgraded bedding and snacks which were not provided. The stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana and the hot tub we specifically booked for closes at 9pm and appeared poorly maintained. Completely unacceptable. Photos of these conditions have been documented."

"This property is “dog friendly”, which equaled no sleep all night for our family due to the two dogs in the room next to us and one across the hall barking excessively almost all night and upstairs neighbors who thought stomping would somehow help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. The property is in an easy location right off the highway though. "

"Went to get in the pool and discovered someone had pooped in the pool. Hotel staff was not reactive and didn’t offer anything of substance to offset the disgusting situation because I booked through Expedia. Expedia offered only $50 for the almost $200 room. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED."
