"Some of the staff wasn’t real helpful. You just hoped you got the helpful ones. Toilets didn’t flush unless you stood there holding the handle down until it decided to flush out. Had to redo your room card every time you left your room. Then they looked at you like you should have been leaving not staying three more nights.
Not ran as professionally as when I worked at two different ones in Ohio."

"I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!"

"We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews.
