Adequate place

Good stay, but whenever the AC is used it blasts qhoever is on that side of the bed. We put a chair in front of it to block the blast. Other than that it was fine. The restaurant closing down gave it a feel of being a place that used to be twice as nice.

The hotel is pretty run down. The room itself was neutral. The vacuuming could have been better, lots of lint in the corners. The linens were very clean and white. There looked to be water damage near the a/c. It was quiet. Absolutely didn't feel worth $200/night.

Rhinebeck trip

The property was unkept, weeds in the landscaping and the rooms were very dated. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way. The shower did not work very well, the water barely came out and was not very warm.

We arrived in the room to find stains on the carpet, a disgusting smell in the air, filthy vents and Just an overall lack of care to the room. We didn’t stay and asked for a full refund. We will never go back.

Was in town for wedding and selected this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue. Reserved two rooms for my family. Window in one of the rooms would not close and lock. Hot water was warm at best. Outside grounds were not maintained. Room itself was clean. The beds were new and comfortable to sleep on. Several diners in town to get breakfast.

The hotel was dirty and smelly. I dont think the bedding had been changed from the previous guest. We asked for clean towels and never received them. The hotel smelled and was just overall unclean.

Needs work

The place needs a lot of maintenance. For the price paid, having no breakfast, poor coffee service, and a closed down resturaunt is not acceptable. Staff was abrupt at check-in. Also did not care that there was no milk or sugar products for coffee.

This property should not even continue to be called a « hôtel ». It’s a dump… And it’s clearly not up to the standards Expedia should have with it’s costumers. I rented 3 rooms and everyone was VERY disappointed…
