"Alaya resort in Ubud is an excellent 5 star resort in the center of town. big clean rooms,nice pools,excellent breakfast and top notch services. Only complaint is check out was long and the young lady did not follow the queu formed in helping the process leaving us frustrated. "

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay! "
