"Room was clean and plenty spacious for us and the dogs. Even a blanket was left out to protect the bed/furniture which was good. Everything worked as it should in the room. Evening meal at the pub was lovely, couldn't fault it and service was good. Disappointed with smoked bacon on the breakfast as the menu doesn't state this and they had no unsmoked option. Rest of breakfast was good, continental options good and fresh coffee there waiting. Staff were attentive and friendly. The major problem...

"Lovely clean hotel, perfect for a nights stay before an early flight. There are gym and poll facilities tha I sadly didn’t have time to use. The only issue I have is the food, I’ve been to eat in the hotel twice before and first time was lovey, second time not as good "

"First night staying here. We visited a few years ago for drinks & lunch in the summer.
Staff are excellent so friendly. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant then we had a lovely walk over the bridge to the beautiful canal.
We will definitely return. "

"i was pleasantly surprised. the room was very nice and even had usb plugs. The shower was nice and hot and the bed very comfortable. "
