"We stayed here for the hot spring and skiing. The sauna and outdoor bath were awesome – we loved them! The hotel itself is a bit old-fashioned and has a 90s atmosphere, but there’s nothing wrong with that. In fact, it felt like a nice cultural experience, a bit different from the usual modern hotels in Japan.
The only downside for me was the dinner option. There was only a set course menu, which didn’t work well for me because I was very hungry after snowboarding all day. The food was beautiful...

"Great onsen experience! Lady's hot spring has outdoor area, Men's side does not, but have a great harbor & canal view. We heard that the breakfast there is great, and it is true! The only drawback is that there are only two laundary machines."
