"Property had beautiful well maintained grounds and was a lovely setting. However this could be enjoyed without staying in the hotel. Hotel breakfast area and bar were lovely and food standard was fine. However room we stayed in was very small and not luxurious for the price paid. "A beautiful, elegant country estate with a wonderful breakfast. Our room had a lovely view of the river. Waiters in the dining room were overly busy at dinner and appeared quite irritable and stressed."

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting with great views over the surrounding countryside and a well maintained golf course. Our room was fairly basic and a little shabby which we expected to be more polished for the price paid. The restaurants were good, particularly the breakfast, included in our rate, which had a good selection and was great value for money.
