Good bathing area

This is one of the newest and nicest hotel in Kisarazu. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a little balcony. Ours had a pleasant view of the surrounding hills. As with most hotels of this class in Japan, the room was impeccably clean, with all the usual amenities. The breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey. The only negative for us was the fact that the hotel is located in a conference facility that is outside of the main part of the city and so limits dining and shopping options.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Extremely well situated.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. The best thing about this hotel, location! couple of minutes walk to the nearest train station which is only 5 mins to Akihabara and Ueno (to the east) and 12 mins to Shinjuku and Shibuya (to the west). Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

Other Space is a lovely hotel and is literally a stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple. There’s a coffee shop on the 1st floor and a well stocked convenience store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior double room was small but the hotel makes the dimensions of the rooms very clear when you book. There is also a fantastic roof garden with views of Sensoji, Asakusa and the Sky Tree and is a great place to sit with a drink or food anytime of the day. We loved Other Space Asakusa and...

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.
