"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"Section L Akihabara was one of the best places we stayed at in Tokyo! The room was large for Tokyo standards. We had a kitchenette, laundry and an entryway where you can store coats and luggage. They also have snacks and happy hour for the guests. The location is phenomenal. It’s on a quiet street but very close to 4 subway lines. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Ginza line which can practically take you anywhere. I love this hotel and on my next visit to Tokyo I will stay here again!"

"The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients.
