"stayed here as a family of five with young children, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had four large suitcases, and there was still plenty of room without feeling cramped.
The hotel also provides complimentary amenities at the front desk, and the staff were happy to call a taxi for us whenever we needed one.

"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"We loved the room and the location was excellent. When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. Being so close to the subway was awesome and the room is still quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and having the ability to do our laundry was a big help."
