"Great location, quiet with lakeside view. I have not given 4stars simply due to the heat in the room, no AC and windows only open around 5CMs. It’s a terrible shame as the room was spotlessly clean and superb shower room."

"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

"Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special. A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. "Arrived in 30c heat. Property situated on ind.estate and easy to find. Appears newish. Simple design. Lots of car parking space. Lobby bright and airy. Lifts quick but small. Bedrooms small. Double bed small. Dining/bar area large and roomy. On arrival I checked in and asked for a quiet room but was told rooms weren't designated like that, there was no time because the hotel was full and it would take too long.
