Clean rooms. Clean pools. Great staff. Great location. The building is a giant maze. I would likely ask for a room closer to the elevator if I book again.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa had everything we needed. It was quiet at night and we slept well on the comfy mattress. The shower was nice and clean. We had a great time.

DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando
Good location. Clean. Issues with our room. Our lamp was unplugged and it required moving the bed (two man job) to get rectified after four calls. Maintenance walked in without waiting after knock. Had to have a fridge delivered because it was missing.

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
It was a clean place. Food was ok. My room key and the replacement I got only worked for our room. It did not work for any of the gates or pool area.
