"This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...

"What an amazing place in the middle of Shimo-Kitazawa. We got to hang with some locals with their cute dogs on the patio, drink beers, and had a really nice “local” experience. The relaxed atmosphere was perfect from the hustle and bustle of the larger hotels. We will love to come back and will recommend this place to our family and friends."

"今回東京滞在2件目のホテルで、着いたらすぐ洗濯をしたかったのですが、疲れ果てて辿り着いてから、洗濯洗剤を買うの忘れた！と慌てたのですが、洗濯機の上に一つ洗剤を置いてくださっているのを見て細やかなお気遣いを感じました。オーナーさんはメールの返信も早く丁寧でとても安心しました。普段のホテルより広々としていてくつろげました。全身が映る鏡が一つあると嬉しいなーと思いました！"

"We had a great stay here as a family of 4. Convenient, clean, and spacious as Tokyo hotel rooms go. And the staff went above and beyond in a situation where we caused a problem. We thought we had booked one more night and were out visiting sites. But our stay had expired and the staff couldn't reach us about checkout. They needed it cleaned for a new guest. So they packed up our stuff and stored it for us until we arrived later in the afternoon. And they were very understanding and nice after...

"The room was spacious for 2 of us. The twin beds were big enough to call ‘full’ there were 2 chaos and a sofa which was helpful. Closets are non existent in most hotels, but the hat stand had 6 hangers and we made do fine for 5 nights. Centrally located to subway station and lots of cafes and stores in the busy area. No problem with noise on the 7th floor. My only minus rating would be staff do not greet you. At least a hello or acknowledgment when they’re not busy. "
