Location is unbeatable; about a 5-minute walk to the station, a 1-minute walk to a supermarket, and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The unit itself is brand new and spotlessly clean, with plenty of storage space.
What really stood out: the kitchen has a gas stove (not electric; a big deal for anyone who actually cooks!), the toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bathroom comes with a built-in drying heater, making it easy to do laundry anytime during your stay. All of this at this price point? Honestly incredible value.
The one significant downside was the sewage smell, which was pretty strong. It's unfortunately common in Tokyo properties, but it's worth mentioning.
One observation; the building appears to be brand new and may have been purpose-built entirely for short-term rentals. The current rate feels like an introductory price to build up reviews, so I wouldn't be surprised if it goes up significantly down the line. I hope they keep it affordable, because I would absolutely stay here again!!
