Overall it was fine for an overnight sleep. I checked in late at night and out the next morning as I was only passing through. The major plus was how nice and courteous the staff was. However, the room seemed quite aged and needs to be refreshened. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better. There were several hairs all the shower area that made the shower itself less inviting.

Breakfast was not enjoyable, strange smell throughout - mix of musty bleach. Very loud starting at 7am with the laundry room not having a door!

Hotel is in good condition and the room was clean and well appointed. We were disappointed that the front desk staff did not know how to split the bill so that each person could pay their half.

Was not a double queen room…was a single queen bed and pullout couch! Staff did not have sheets/blankets for the couch after a long wait they delivered some but they weren’t exactly up to snuff.

I used the elliptical exercise machine in the workout room. It was very shaky. Not really a commercial machine like you would expect. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Clean, convenient hotel with lots of food and other amenities nearby. Friendly staff and easy checking in and out. They also have a fitness room, laundry facilities and a lovely breakfast served daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location right there the main highway in Guelph. Close to many eating places. Amazing facilities, including workout room, coin laundry. Free breakfast included a staff person to serve you pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, etc., more than I'm used to at these bargain hotels. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

The breakfast can be a bit better. The room hbac system was very loud but if i dont turn on the hrater then i freeze since it was so cold this week.

Hi Jake, We sincerely apologize for the mistake made by our front desk staff. Our property is a safe place to lodge. We properly explained to you why the 200 deposit was charged, there were 3 big towels that were terribly damaged beyond repair not one towel as you claimed, we have the photo and video evidence for this. All the same, we refunded you 100, which was a sort of compensation for the mistake from our end. We are not scammers, we were fair enough to issue you a refund of 100.
