"The check in was great, the room was wonderful except for a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom that dripped just in front of the toilet. It was reported late the arrival day, and maint was in to look at it, saying they just fixed that ceiling. The next day the leak was worse, and when contacting front desk, they seemed not to be aware of it. We asked for more towels to soak it up, and got that. When we checked out, again I mentioned the problem and not a thing was said to me about the issue from the staff?? Except for this mechanical issue, the room was nice, the pool great, and the inside parking more than expected"

"When we arrived to check in we were notified by the staff that we’d have to change cabins the next day. They said it’s because the resort is a timeshare and the owner wants to use the cabin we’re staying in the next day. They said they’d move us to cabin 13. We asked why we couldn’t go to cabin 13 and they said because it’s not clean yet. I suspect that we were supposed to be in cabin 13 originally but they didn’t get it clean in time. This made our two night stay not so relaxing. We already had to navigate around some events we had to attend, and then we had to take the time to move into a second cabin the next day, including unloading and reloading the fridge. You’d think they would try to make up for this inconvenience, but no, they only offered to allow us to cancel our stay and find somewhere else to stay last minute."
