"Nice clean room. Excellent location for our needs. Nice tavern on site.
The only downside was that the room was just above the kitchen exhaust, and the smell in the room wasn't the greatest. I don't know if other rooms had this same issue."

"The cottage was very clean. The owner was kind and attentive. The continental breakfast is very good with ample choices. The cottage is conveniently located to York harbor, beaches and wonderful restaurants.

"Lovely well positioned guest house in Ogunquit. Lauren our host was very welcoming. We had room 7, which has a view of the ocean, slightly overlooked by the bar behind but this didn’t cause any issues. Allocated parking at no additional charge. Plenty of good quality shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement would be for a kettle to be provided. "
