"A nice stay with a comfortable room and literally 1min walk to Kolten station, so super easy to get into Zurich. Also handy for the airport with either a short Uber ride of the #733 bus direct to the terminal. There is a Coop close which is handy, but note everything is closed on Sundays. Unfortunately the room didn't have a kettle which wasn't ideal."

The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. "Was a little rough even for a one night stay, first room didn’t have electricity for some reason. When calling staff for help they seemed annoyed instead of wanting to try and actually help. They did eventually get us another room but only after they talked to me like I was dumb for not knowing how to find an “electrical box” that didn’t exist in the room"

"The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important "

"There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating.
