"View is amazing, breakfast in the am is superb. I would have liked to know ahead of time that I was staying at the adjacent building instead of the actual Stone Hill building, but it was still great. The speakeasy was totally fun, but I would raise the rate of the room a smidge and offer the customer their first beer, wine or cocktail for free. People love that. "

"This is the Closest Affordable Hotel to Newport and the only one with a Hot Tub & Sauna. The Sauna is Good & Hot; the Hot Tub could be Hotter and with Better Jets. But overall, this is the Best & Closest to Newport in Middletown. Rooms are Clean & Updated and Decent Hot Breakfast is Included."

"When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."

"Location of the hotel is great. Out of town but can uber into town and not deal with the traffic. Tickets excellent food. Would like to see in building two in the suites: larger TV in the living area, Better lighting in the living area, remove the desk and put a small table and chair set. We absolutely enjoy staying here and usually plan to bring a meal or two and there’s no place to eat it on. It’s close to a convenient store and a couple of different restaurants.
