"Lovely staff, friendly staff and lovely breakfast"

"The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or...

"The rom itself was fine, though the bathroom floor covering had a large hole in it. The hallway, stairs and reception are like travelling back in time - creaky, very stained old carpets. These areas are not shown in this listing. Misleading. It was very overpriced for the standard. If you do stay, ask for a room away from the noise, as it is above a nightclub, and rooms at the back are above a gigantic beer garden. Staff - absolutely lovely and helpful. Let us store our bags for the day."
