No hot water for hours and then no water at all whatsoever for flushing, shower or even the sink. Dirty bathrooms constantly which all guests are supposed to share (mind you there are 4 floors full of pods and only three bathrooms with showers appropriate only for tiny people and that bathroom is in the basement. "Staff are great ! Right above a bar which I was not aware of and music is extremely loud when trying to sleep. Room wasn’t clean and didn’t feel safe. "

The shuttle bus in the morning however had a rather surly driver who refused to drop anyone at Terminal 2, insisting he could only stop at bus stop 16, which is past terminal 1.
