"The problem I had was that I paid extra for a room with a view of the mountains. The room I got was on the second floor where the view was completely blocked by their sign. I had to leave and asked if they would move my bags to a room like what I could pay for when one became available.. They couldn’t or wouldn’t. They offered no discount or compensation for the fact I didn’t get what I paid for."

"The rooms were spacious and very clean. I like the refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig in the room. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our 3 night stay. We needed coffee cups, cream, sugar, and napkins beyond our first day. The two wastebaskets were overflowing by the end of the third night. Breakfast is only served until 9:30 during the week -- not helpful for those of us who enjoy staying up a little later at night, and getting up a little later in the morning. There...

"Although the property was clean & the beds comfortable, it lacks some creature comforts. And the location is great if you are using Centennial Airport or are working there, but noisy if not. I imagine the Broncos may enjoy the hotel with close proximity to the airport & Dove Valley. There is no microwave in the standard rooms & the 1 microwave in their little store area didn't work. "I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances.
