"I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave and got a refrigerator that was lukewarm and no microwave. When i asked the desk, they said there are no microwaves in the Hampton side - I told him i had a confirmation that said refrigerator and microwave and he said it was the tiny microwave in the lobby.
