Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! "Arrived to find no phone in the room, which would have been nice to arrange an important wake up call the following morning. Compounding the issue was that my Alexa alarm clock couldn’t be connected to WiFi for an important alarm the next morning owing to the way in which you connected to the hotel’s internet.staff didn’t have any solutions as to how to fix this and seemed nonplussed. "The room and the staff were good and its 9n convenient location. However the breakfast and service during breakfast horrible. Not all items available and those which are available supposed to be hot are dry and cold. Some of them are not cooked well and left to cold and dry and sticky. I had a very good experience of breakfast at other Holiday Inns, but this place is worst, that I ever had."

"We highly recommend staying at the Selwyn. It’s located in walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and all Richmond’s highlights (including the train station). It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Also, close for a day trip to Hampton Court."

"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

"I have been coming to this place over and over again, it has change slightly since covid with may less amenities like no more bath robes or slippers, no more lavazza coffee machine in some room categories but it is a wonderful place in marvellous surroundings. I love Wimbledon village having lived there for years ans so for me it is always nice to be back and the people at the Cannizaro House always make me feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you"
