"Great location right in the middle of Epsom race course, breakfast was nice and continually topped up. Only improvement to be made would be to add a swimming pool."

"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

"Perfectly located for Covent Garden and the theatres, the hotel has recently been refurbished to a fine standard. The bar and cocktail bar are enjoyable, our room was spacious and the super-king bed was very comfortable. All the staff we met were polite, friendly and helpful."

The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...
