"As others have mentioned, family room for 4 was extremely tight, but doable. Superb location, right on two key lines for the tube. Continental breakfast was delicious. Only hiccup was nobody at front desk when we checked out at 4:30am to catch train to LHR for early flight. Our breakfast and lunch sandwiches were in the fridge and we had to abandon them bc no one available to retrieve them for us. "

"The Comfort Inn Victoria was a very comfortable and clean hotel. It is a small hotel but is centrally located in Belgrade’s and Westminster. Hotel and area were quiet. Staff were helpful and room was clean. Property is well maintained. The rooms are not spacious, we had a triple room and it was fine for us (2 adults, 1 child)"

"Ficamos em um quarto privativo, ele era bem pequeno, mas atendeu bem. Faziam limpeza do chão todo dia, o que foi ótimo. Só sentimos falta de mais ganchos ou prateleiras para pendurar nossas coisas. As tomadas eram localizadas em pontos muito altos do quarto, faltando praticidade. Por fim, o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que subir muitas escadas diariamente. Pelo lado bom, gostamos da localização (dá para ir a pé para alguns principais pontos de Londres e tem uma parada de ônibus...

"Great location. Kettle and tea provided which was appreciated. Single room was very small but adequate- had everything I needed. Air conditioning was hard to control - was on the whole time and quite noisy. I thought I was getting a walk-in shower but it was a bath with shower which proved to be quite a challenge - a rubber mat would have helped as the bathtub was very slippery and made exiting dangerous."

"Room wax clean, staff friendly and explained that if I needed anything, like cutlery, more towels etc, to just ask. Pool was lovely, gym also was good. I didn’t use many of the facilities as was working, but had a nice area to sit outside in the evening and was ideally situated. It was very hot the week I was there, I left the window open all the time and that helped. No air con, but I’m not a fan of that anyway. Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
