"We were excited that we found a hotel near universal where we could bring our dog. They gave us a room on the 1st floor which was very convenient..... However, We found 2 live roaches in the bathroom area. When I looked there is a big gap under the door to go outside. You could see light under the door. They changed us to the 4th floor, Without any further issues. The walkways and the elevator were very dirty, The floor in the bathroom area was sticky.... But otherwise our room looked and...

"The place seemed ran down, persons smoked alot outside so you xae even enjoy some fresh air. A there's a Wyndham next door that seemed nicer and more persons were there. The bed had spots on it as well as the room had a weird smell. Definitely would not recommend if you're a person to stay in the room. I was on vacation so left early Morning and came back in the evening. There's others that are better."

"The pool needs better cleaning. There were bugs and hair that we had to keep splashing away from us. Also the pool closing at 6pm for dinner for the KaLa restaurant is pretty lame. The tiles around the pool were loose and there were hornets trying to make nests in the tables by the pool. The room was just OK, but there was very little sound proofing and a lot of hallway light came through the bottom of the door. Our room was not ready at the 4pm check in time, we had to wait an extra 20 minutes....

"the front desk receptionist Damion was professional and very helpful. He went the extra mile to assist us to get a meal from the dining room which was about to be closed. The hotel was clean and well laid out. The buffet breakfast was well worth the value."
