"Air conditioner was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep with it on. Too humid with it off. TVs do not have any streaming capability. General room size and layout was nice, lots of storage. No gym unless you upgrade your room to a suite, but honestly the gym was not worthwhile anyway if you like to lift. A single cable machine and no dumbbells. Breakfast was just okay. "Great resort if your travelling with family. Lady at the front desk from Jamaica ( can't remember her name) was very helpful with food options, etc. Bellman/ porters very friendly. Convenience store has EVERYTHING you need and the guy who works there is very helpful."

"Close enough to walk to Universal (which we did on the first day), but cheap enough via Lyft when shuttle times didn't work out. Special shout out to the waitstaff at the breakfast buffet, they were fabulous. Also, those potato "rings"? Omg so yummy."
