"We specifically booked this hotel becaue there was hottub. There was a email message we got saying the pool and hottub would be closed for maintenance but that was not for another week. On checkout day I headed down to the hottub where I found the door locked. A maintenance man saw me and told me that the pool was closed bescause it was not "nice weather" and it wasn't ready yet. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a wheelchair access room when they saw my husband was in a wheelchair and I explained that I didn’t know how to reserve a wheelchair accessible room on the computer.
