"Roaches, ants on both units we stayed in. Scared the craps out of my children. Tu Anh, claimed she s the owner, was super rude. And she said she intalled camera to monitor guess stay. This is against the law and she should be banned. Not recommend to any one."

"I am unable to rate this property because after I received confirmation of my booking prior to boarding my plane. Once my flight landed I was unable to reach the property by phone and received a message saying that my reservation was cancelled. The message was sent to WhatsApp and I was walking HCMC at midnight searching for a new hotel with language barriers. Horrible experience and with such a late same day notice the property should have made accommodations instead. "

"I think the location of the hotel is good. However, I was very disappointed with the low level of hospitality of the host at check-in. I was also concerned about the overall service, such as the lack of towel changes and the dirty laundry machine. It was disappointing because the room facilities are good."

"We found a lot of interesting street food in this area, all of it was excellent, the apartment was small but it served its purpose very well for my family to visit, it had an air conditioner and n every bedroom so that was nice, it had a washing machine and a big refrigerator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"This place is a scam. Party of 5 landed and arrived at “hotel” at 7 pm. No one was there to check in. We had a random person help us to call the number on our reservation and the lady who answered said they cancelled our room (booked and paid for!!) still trying to get our $ back. Had to get a room elsewhere, get back in a cab and make the best of it. Total scam!!!"
