"Staff is incredible -- helpful, friendly, accommodating. Not only did we have a wonderful stay in a great location, but the staff made the difference for us from every other hotel. They graciously loaned us a screwdriver to put batteries in a new toy and were clearly working hard during breakfast to keep supplies stocked. At checkout time, our vehicle had a dead battery, so I went to the desk to let them know we'll be late returning our keys (needed to leave parking garage). When I was explaining, the clerk said, "Oh we can help! Our maintenance worker will meet you at your car for a jump!" He was there in under 10 mins and so kind. Hyatt Place saved us probably 2hrs waiting for roadside assistance. THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay fantastic -- from front desk, to maintenance, to maids, to breakfast staff. Customer service was impressive and much appreciated. "

"Staff was always friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed for emergency maintenance through most of our stay. "

"This place is NOT well-kept and a staff that does not seem to be in control of the housekeeping. I had reservations for 2 rooms. My daughter’s room on the 1st floor smelled heavily of cat, especially some of the pillows. The tub was FILTHY with scum in particular. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Our room on the 2nd floor was cleaner smelling but the tub in that was filthy too but had pubic hairs in it as well. My wife was mortified! The breakfast/breakfast area was a joke. It was anything but quiet. We’ve stayed in ‘My Place’ hotels before…this was the worst."

"Terrible weekend at this property. Our thermostat was broken, and after reporting it 3 times to the front desk, each time being told someone would come fix it, no one ever came. Same issue with the Wi-Fi. Would not connect and would not update. There was no soap in the bathroom. And this last one is the least important of this list but is still something travelers here should expect: the worst one-ply see-through toilet paper I've ever experienced in a hotel. To say something nice, I will grant that the property is very cute and well-styled. It's just a major disappointment that the substance did not match the style. "

"Snack bar is expensive. No fridge or microwave in room. No breakfast included. Not constructed very well. Could hear every footstep from the people above us. Nice for the price. One and done for us."
